DE-SET celebrates ten years of the shared creative journey of dancers Nastja Bremec Rynia and Michal Rynia. Memories and motifs from their earlier works return in a new form, where contemporary dance, live music and visual imagery explore intimacy, social experience and the archetypal relationship between two people.
In the dancers’ precise and intensely expressive movement, that relationship becomes a current running through the performance: love, art and the electricity between them. The music of Silence, performed live by Boris Benko and Primož Hladnik, gives the retrospective its own pulse and turns recollection into a vivid present.
