Immaculata, a production of SNG Maribor Drama presented at the 74th Ljubljana Festival, is based on Colm Toibin’s novel The Testament of Mary. In the final joint project of Tomaž and Livija Pandur, Mary speaks from an intimate landscape of memory, grief and doubt, carried by Nataša Matjašec Rošker’s solitary stage presence and the production’s stark visual language.
